Lauren's cousin Rachel with Otto. We had 5 dogs spending Thanksgiving with us - they were all cuddly and friendly!
The day after Thanksgiving we walked through Moody's campus, window shopped down the magnificent mile, and visited the "bean" in Millennium Park.

Rachel was lucky to have Micah carry her for most of our walking (and for them, sometimes running :) )
We stopped at Portillo's for dinner. Yum! Chicago Hot Dogs!
The nearby FREE zoo was having a special event called "Zoo Lights." Parking in their lot was $17 after 30 min. So Lauren's dad and uncle re-parked every 20 minutes to keep things really free.
The zoo had lights up all over, ice sculpting, Santa, and of course lots of animals to see!
It was a fun time!
After our long day in Chicago, we drove to Wrigleyville to show our family our cozy little apartment!
The kids loved seeing Penny!
We loved getting to spend so much time with family!
